Copyright and License

Copyright of articles published in Jurnal Kesehatan Kartika remains with the authors. Authors retain ownership of the copyright while granting Jurnal Kesehatan Kartika and its publisher, the Faculty of Health Sciences and Technology, Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani, the right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and make the article publicly available.

All articles published in Jurnal Kesehatan Kartika are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

A. Author Rights and License Agreement

Authors retain the copyright of their published work and grant Jurnal Kesehatan Kartika the right of first publication.
By submitting a manuscript, authors agree that, if the manuscript is accepted and published, the article will be made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
The CC BY 4.0 license permits anyone to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the published work for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), the original publication in Jurnal Kesehatan Kartika is properly cited, and any changes to the work are indicated.
Authors retain the right to share, deposit, reproduce, and reuse their published work in accordance with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license. Authors may deposit the published version of their article in institutional repositories, subject-based repositories, or other appropriate open-access platforms.
Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution or reuse of the published version of their work, provided that the original publication in Jurnal Kesehatan Kartika is properly acknowledged and cited.

B. Author Guarantee

By submitting a manuscript, the corresponding author confirms on behalf of all authors that:

The manuscript is an original work and has not been published previously or submitted simultaneously to another journal.
All authors have made appropriate contributions to the work, have approved the submitted manuscript, and have agreed to its submission and publication.
All sources, materials, data, and previously published works used in the manuscript have been appropriately acknowledged and cited.
The manuscript does not infringe the copyright, patent, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
Where applicable, the authors have obtained the necessary permissions for the use of copyrighted materials, identifiable personal information, or other third-party materials included in the manuscript.
The research has been conducted in accordance with applicable ethical standards and institutional requirements, including ethical approval and informed consent where required.
The authors have disclosed all relevant conflicts of interest and sources of funding.

C. Copyright and License Agreement Form

Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication may be required to complete a Copyright and License Agreement Form confirming the terms described above.

The Copyright and License Agreement Form can be downloaded from the link provided by the journal and should be completed and submitted to the journal through the designated submission or editorial communication channel.
